This is a case of femtosecond assisted corneal tattooing procedure in patient with hereditary iris heterochromia. This 23 years old male patient had a congenital complete iris hypochromia in his left eye. His chief complaint was cosmetic concerns with eye color differences. Firstly, corneal stromal tunnel was created via femtosecond laser. Then, brown tattoo ink was succesfully stain the cornea.
