A gentleman underwent placement of an accommodating intraocular lens (Crystalens®). About 1 month following surgery, he developed traumatic aniridia. The resulting anatomy allowed for observation of movement of his hinged intraocular lens. He then underwent successful iris prosthesis implantation. Here we highlight video footage of his accommodating IOL at different stages of this journey.
