Key tips for performing an efficient capsulorrhexis:
1. Do not stir up cortex during flap initiation.
2. Grab the flap near the tearing point without incorporating the fold into the grasp.
3. When stopping to re-grab, curl the tail towards the center, away from the tearing point.
4. When stopping to re-grab, put the flap down in ergonomic positions; avoid the areas on either side of the wound.
