As the saying goes, ”Not everything goes as planned”. Corneal Refractive surgery in general is an extremely successful procedure with high patient satisfaction. As with any surgical procedure, however, exists small inherent risks. As techniques and technologies improve, inherent complications may be mitigated, and our exposure to complications may also decrease. This session will explore various refractive surgery techniques and shed light onto complications and treatment options.
