There are a lot of different surgical techniques for fixing the intraocular lenses (IOL) to the eye in the absence of capsular support. A new surgical proposal is described. In certain cases it is possible to suture the own optics of the IOL, passing a 10-0 needle through the IOL material to fix or refix it. So, simply put, only a thread of a 10-0 suture can fix a subluxated IOL.
