Kevin M. Miller, MD, is a full professor and the Kolokotrones Chair in Ophthalmology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He is the Chief of the Cataract and Refractive Surgery Division, Director of the Anterior Segment Diagnostic Laboratory, and a member of the Stein Eye Institute. Dr. Miller is the recipient of four endowed cataract research funds at UCLA including the Paul Vicari fund, Pat and Joe Yzurdiaga fund, Albert Sarnoff fund, and Amalia Simon Roth fund. 

Dr. Wade, MD is a practicing Ophthalmologist (Eye Specialist) in Orange, CA. Dr. Wade graduated from George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences in 2007 and has been in practice for 14 years. He currently practices at UC Irvine Medical Center.

Dr Sumitra Khandelwal is Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine, Cullen Eye Institute and also serves as Medical Director for the Lions Eye Bank of Texas. Her clinical interests include cornea, cataract and refractive surgery. She has written several publications and spoken an national meetings about optimizing outcomes in cornea and cataract surgery.

Julie Schallhorn, MD, MS is Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at UCSF. Dr. Schallhorn received her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from UCLA, and her Master’s degree in Bioengineering from UCSD. She then completed medical training at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, and her ophthalmology residency at UCSF. She was on faculty at the University of Southern California’s Roski Eye Institute before returning to San Francisco and UCSF.
