In keratoconus eyes with PKa that was diagnostically attributed to graft-host interface weakening and partial dehiscence, we treated with wRS combined with CXL: In mean value change: UDVA from 20/200 to 20/60, CDVA 20/60 to 20/25, ECD; unchanged, cylinder in Diopters from 8.5 to 2.5, all corneal imaging documented improved normalization.
