About ASCRS Journal Club
Journal Club provides a virtual setting for clinicians and students to advance their learning and gain unique perspectives through discussion with a panel of experts who will review recent articles within the Journal of Cataract & Refractive Surgery (JCRS), while allowing the attendee to earn valuable CME credit. Attendees are also encouraged to communicate their views and/or ask pertinent questions, via the comment module, available beginning the date of the event, accessible with your ASCRS membership login.ASCRS strives to make this valuable educational format available to our membership in the digital space, providing a new avenue for members to participate in the discussion of current research, and topics of interest in ophthalmology.
Journal Club Educational Format
Each ASCRS Journal Club will be posted to the ASCRS website in digital format according to a monthly schedule which can be viewed here.Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and engage with faculty throughout the scheduled program via the commenting module below the video, and may continue with discussion over a 2-week period.
