Creative presentation referring to complicated cataract surgery using the Faco chop technique. This was applied to a patient with a long history of treated corneal ulcers, domiciled in the Department of Meta, Colombia. They had an AV MM, cornea with 5x6mm leukoma, CA VH III. Anterior synechiae, bad dilatation and cataract NO6. As a result, the patient obtained a final vision of 20/60.
