A 71 year old myopic patient lost vision due to severe rise of IOP and corneal edema after Yag PC. SL examination showed lost AC, with iris and captured IOL, that prolapsed through pupil ,all stuck to back of cornea. she was assessed by B scan and UBM. Managed by pars plana anterior vitrectomy and restoring IOL in bag position. Cornea cleared, IOP was normalized and vision restored.
