A 28-year-old female, with keratoconus, presented with a VA of finger counting, slit lamp biomicroscopy revealed corneal hydrops OS. Five compression sutures at 90% thickness were applied, the post operative clinical follow-up and OCT picture showed quick resolution of corneal edema. One year later, visual acuity is 20/80, ready for a corneal transplantation.
